THE BRIEF
Increase Deliveroo’s market share within the student demographic.
OUR RESPONSE
Having worked with Deliveroo for the past 8 years, we’ve established their relationship with the student audience through on-campus activity, student brand ambassadors and food festivals. This year to further cement Deliveroo with students and create a long lasting relationship with the audience, Deliveroo needed to create a student specific offering. So, using student insight we developed and delivered a ‘student exclusive’ value proposition offering free delivery across the university year. This not only gave students access to local and national restaurant deals but it also eliminated their biggest barrier to purchase: delivery fees. Our team created the proposition, brand guidelines including logo and TOV, a Deliveroo Students verification microsite, integrated database and activations across social, sampling, digital media and guerrilla marketing, creating a fully integrated offering to the student audience.
